​Into the Aether is a locally owned and operated personal training business, emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere for all. We are actively seeking funding to expand and support our phased growth business plan which includes not only a ramp up of already currently active patrons, but to grow in to a self owned and operated facility. The decision to establish a full-service gym reflects a commitment to enhance community health, wellness, and inclusivity. The target is for the fitness facility to be strategically located in downtown Carson City, which is surrounded by the state capitol and various small businesses, ensuring visibility and accessibility to many from all over the region.

Where are we at currently?

At present, clientele is increasing steadily. By June 2025, client need is expected to outgrow personal trainer schedule threshold. Branding and marketing strategies by means of word of mouth, social media, direct mail, apparel, stickers, flyers, and other merch are already underway.

What are we looking to accomplish?

Into the Aether is poised to launch a complete full-service fitness gym open to the public in downtown Carson City, Nevada with a target time frame of Summer 2025. The establishment will offer a comprehensive range of services including personal training, group fitness classes, massage therapy, as well as common traditional self use gym equipment.

An initial investment of approximately $40,000 to procure essential fitness equipment will also be necessary, with plans to incorporate more equipment quarterly as needed. Combined, the overall dollar amount needed to open doors will be about $75,000.

Initial membership pricing is anticipated to be set at a competitive, yet accessible rate, of $25 per person per month. The financial projections indicate a target of 200 memberships in the first month and a goal of $10,000 in personal training sales, translating to an anticipated total of $15,000 in monthly revenue from memberships and services initially. By the end of the first quarter after opening, 500+ memberships and an expanding cooperative team of personal trainers and massage therapists are projected to produce $25,000 in monthly sales with continued growth anticipated from there.
